1. Parties and Scope
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client (“You”, “User”, “Applicant”) and CitizenshipPassport.com, operated by Visa Affiliate Ltd, a private limited company registered in [Insert Jurisdiction], in association with Visa Submission GmbH, a registered immigration consultancy based in Germany (hereinafter referred to collectively as “the Company”).
This Agreement governs all services provided by the Company, including but not limited to consultation, documentation, legal processing, and support relating to citizenship and residency by investment programmes.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website, submitting an application, engaging in a consultation, or making payment for services, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms set out herein. If the Client does not accept these terms, they must refrain from using any of the services offered.
3. Eligibility
The Client affirms that they are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable laws. The Client must provide complete, accurate, and current information at all times.
4. Description of Services
The Company provides immigration services related to citizenship and residency by investment, including but not limited to:

Document review, notarisation, and translation assistance

Coordination with governmental and legal authorities
All services shall be governed by a separate Service Agreement, which will specify the scope, fees, responsibilities, and terms unique to the selected programme.
5. Fees and Payment Terms
5.1. Fees
All fees for services rendered shall be outlined in the Service Agreement and are payable as stated therein.
5.2. Payment Method
All payments shall be made via official bank transfer to verified Company accounts in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, the European Union, Singapore, Turkey, or other approved jurisdictions.
5.3. Non-Refundable Items
Unless otherwise specified in the Refund Policy, payments made toward initial consultation, document review, legal services, government fees, and third-party costs are strictly non-refundable.
5.4. Invoice and Receipts
The Client shall receive official invoices and payment confirmations upon request.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the Company’s separate Refund Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. Refund eligibility is subject to the terms outlined therein and is determined based on the stage of application, third-party involvement, and services rendered to date.
7. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:

Provide truthful and accurate information

Submit requested documents in a timely manner

Comply with all laws and immigration procedures of the host country

Cooperate fully with the Company and its legal representatives
Failure to comply with these obligations may result in termination of services and forfeiture of any paid fees.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
The Company shall process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and other applicable data protection laws. Personal data shall not be disclosed to third parties, except as required to fulfil legal obligations or with the express consent of the Client. Full details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for:

Decisions made by governmental or immigration authorities

Delays caused by third-party service providers or changes in law

Rejection of applications based on incomplete, false, or misleading information provided by the Client

Losses arising from circumstances beyond the Company’s control, including force majeure
Total liability shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the Client for the service concerned.
10. Third-Party Involvement
The Company may, at its discretion, engage independent legal advisors, consultants, or agents to deliver part of the services. While due diligence is exercised in selecting such parties, the Company disclaims liability for the independent actions of third parties not under its direct control.
11. Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services under the following conditions:

Breach of any term of this Agreement

Provision of false or fraudulent information

Failure to pay agreed fees within the specified timeframe

Withdrawal by the Client without just cause
Upon termination, any outstanding fees shall become immediately due and payable.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
13. Modifications
The Company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes and continued use of the services after such notification shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, along with the signed Service Agreement, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
